The minimum order value for all online orders is £10.
*For all Christmas orders, the minimum order value for delivery is £50 or more.
All orders placed using our delivery service will be delivered Monday to Friday on the time slot you select during checkout.
Someone must be available to receive the order on the day of delivery. Where a delivery is unsuccessful, we may charge a small fee for any further delivery attempts, or may ask you to collect your order from our shop during our opening hours.
For any orders containing alcohol, we operate a ‘Challenge 25’ policy and will ask for proof of age when delivering your order.
You can collect from our farm shop 7 days a week.
You will need to provide us with your order information when collecting your order, such as your name and order number. We may also ask for proof of identification. If someone else will be collecting your order, please tell us their full name in the order comments section during checkout.
