Yorkshire reared fresh chicken, with the backbone removed and cut so that it will lay flat – allowing the chicken to be spread out or opened up like a book. This makes it cook more quickly and evenly – perfect for the BBQ. 

Coated with a ginger, lemon & chilli seasoning.
